I definitely agree with that. Though most of the series' fanbase seems to be against me on this one, I think FF IV was the best game in the series.
I bought FF III for the DS when it came out over here, but, in spite of FF III being one of six in the series I really liked, I never finished it. The fact that the ninja and sage classes were basically trash when compared to their NES counterparts was a big part of that, as was the fact that I had to do a bunch of wifi crap to get the last class, as opposed to just walking up to someone I knew, standing next to them for a few minutes, spamming their inboxes, and walking away. Seeing that, as far as I know, this game was developed by the same people, I'm a bit weary about picking it up... though, in the end, I'll probably end up picking this up, and III again. I'm such a sucker for old FF games.
