As many of you may know, yours truly (John D) is studying to get his MBA from NYU.  As a final Marketing project this summer, I decided to take an analytical look at the Nintendo Wii as a product that was positioned and launched to alter the video game console market in such a way that it created a paradigm shift in the entire marketplace.  Attached is a link to the zipped file with the final six page paper as well as the seven pages of appendices/charts that help explain the way Nintendo, once again, changed the world of gaming.   The paper included some recommendations on how Nintendo could proceed in this tough economy and difficult industry.  Enjoy!
